Jerry Russoniello

With extensive experience in both the fashion industry and real estate, Russoniello brings a unique perspective to the field. After spending years as a successful sales rep for Calvin Klein Men's Wear in LA, New York, and Miami, he transitioned to real estate, forming his own successful RE business with a partner in Florida. His focus was on commercial and residential development and land purchases, working closely with developers in land acquisition for apartment developments and residential properties. He also specialized in government and preservation acquisitions, including those with the Nature Conservancy, Fish and Wildlife, and the State of Florida. Notably, his customer base included major players like Disney and Harvard.

In 2001, Russoniello moved to California and was encouraged by local family to pursue a career in residential real estate. He quickly established himself as a prominent figure in the beautiful and beloved community of Laguna Beach, achieving great success in his career. Though he eventually left Laguna after 17 years, he couldn't stay away for long. He is proud to once again be a part of this great community and to work alongside the talented team at the Mike Johnson Group and Compass. Jerry would like to extend his deep gratitude to the Laguna Beach community, for welcoming him back with open arms.
